This is a 32 hour per week position. It requires a multiple subject teacher credential.
Two days per week the employee will teach art to students in grades 2-5. This will be a "push in" program requiring a flexible teacher who can move from class to class teaching art.
Four days a week the employee will teach PE to approximately 55 middle school students for fifty minutes per day with the help of a classified aide.
The remaining time the employee will teach remediation classes to small groups of students, and provide scheduling and leadership for our after school sports program, as well as other duties as assigned.
