Job Summary
Vibrant Minds Charter School in Anaheim is seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Instructional Assistants to support scholars in grades TK–6. Under the guidance of a classroom teacher, the Instructional Assistant will help facilitate academic instruction, provide supervision during non-classroom times (e.g., recess, lunch), and support the social-emotional development of scholars. Our instructional assistants play a key role in creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education, child development, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic elementary setting. We are looking for candidates who are collaborative, flexible, and committed to making a difference in the lives of children.

Proof of Meeting Education Requirement: Upload one of the following: Unofficial transcripts showing 48+ college semester units, Associate’s degree or higher (diploma or transcripts), or Verification of passing a basic skills test (e.g., ParaPro or CBEST) TB Test Clearance and Live Scan/Fingerprint Clearance will be required prior to employment but are not needed for initial application.
