Job Summary
The Human Resource Generalist (HRG) is a key member of the Ararat Charter School (ACS) administration team. The HRG collaborates with other leaders to establish organizational priorities, goals, culture, and core values, supporting the instructional vision and ensuring effective implementation at the school site. This role is critical to the successful and efficient operation of ACS, managing non-instructional, finance, and employee-related functions, thereby enabling the Principal to focus on student achievement.
