
Director - Maintenance, Operations and Transportation at Campbell Union High School District

Shall manage, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of the CUHSD maintenance, operations and transportation programs. Inspect buildings for needed repairs and maintenance, as well as fire, safety or health issues. Schedules and directs preventative maintenance; supervises, evaluates and trains assigned personnel; coordinates preparation of bids, contracts, purchase orders and related documents, oversee that work is performed. Makes presentations to the Board regarding facilities and operations. Comply with state requirements regarding reporting of maintenance needs and plans, including the Deferred Maintenance Program.
Establish adequate procedures and controls for the efficient safe and fiscally sound maintenance, upkeep and refurbishing of District buildings and grounds. Assist in directing construction management and architectural firms to complete projects funded through District's bond program. Work with site administrators and program managers to proactively predict and arrange for adequate facilities to house District operations and classes.
