•Makes minor repairs to buildings and equipment. • Performs grounds keeping year round including; watering, lawn mowing, weeding and cleaning of yard on a weekly or as needed basis. • Provides janitorial services to facilities, both inside and outside of a classroom as needed. Janitorial duties include; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, floor stripping, buffering, dusting, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and lunch rooms, picking up and emptying the trash, waxing floors and shampooing rugs. • Wash eating areas and cleanups in the cafeteria and around campus, clean drinking fountains and sweep walkways and front of the school. • Move furniture and equipment; set up meeting rooms, classrooms and other school facilities for scheduled events...Please see job description
