This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of six months and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. Job Purpose Statement: Under general supervision by Business Director or Manager, perform moderately complex and responsible record keeping, accounting support, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions in the preparation, processing and/or production of the County Office of Education and/or School Districts financial transactions or education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Experience: Two years of experience maintaining financial and statistical records including accounts payable and receivable, or education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. - Education: High School diploma or equivalent.   • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Current Letters - Within the last two years)
