****Job Description Under Review**** This position works with the FCUSD New Teacher Support and Development Department. Among other duties, they will provide support for all FCUSD new teachers with an emphasis on Teacher Induction, effective research-based pedagogy, peer-coaching/mentoring, and in-service training. Applicants are encouraged to be familiar with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) and the CTC Teacher Induction process. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Preference will be given to individuals with successful experience in leadership roles. Credential: Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential with English Learner Authorization (or CLAD). Education: Tenured teacher with a minimum of five (5) years of classroom teaching experience and consistently positive evaluations.
