Working from home in California, the 12-month Registrar is responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance and processing of student official transcripts, managing course validation procedures, and performing additional support services for the Counseling department, assigned by the Director of Counseling. This job class requires attention to detail, organization skills, and the knowledge of specialized areas of school administration policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Entering transcript data into the online student information system Maintain current knowledge of Federal and California state enrollment, credit, and student privacy regulations. Generating reports as requested by the Director of Counseling Answering the phones and responding to inquiries Follow up with local school district for transcript request and interpretation Request and update college/dual enrollment transcripts Process Cal Grant GPAs Manage the course validation process Assist the Director of Counseling with a wide variety of daily responsibilities and end-of-year data reporting.
