Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of the superintendent or designee, serves as the educational leader and lead administrator of the after school Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs (ELOP) across 20+ school sites ranging from elementary to high school; coordinates all aspects of the program implementation in alignment with the district's ELOP plan to ensure equitable outcomes for all students; organizes, directs, supervises and evaluates classified managers who assist with program coordination; engages with vendor program personnel, district staff, parents and educational partners to support and enhance the program; participates in staff, student, and community activities; and is responsible for the operation of all phases of the after school programs. Special Qualifications Desired: Ability to manage multi-faceted projects, including fiscal monitoring, clear communication, problem solving, and educational partner relationships.
