Job Summary
Fountain Valley School District is seeking Transitional Kindergarten (TK) teachers for the 2025–26 school year. Multiple vacancies may be available, and school site assignments will be determined based on District needs. TK teachers in FVSD provide developmentally appropriate, play-based instruction aligned to the California TK standards. The ideal candidate will be student-centered, collaborative, and skilled in fostering early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development in young learners.
Requirements / Qualifications
Current California PK-3 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Specialist Instruction Credential OR Current California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential AND one (1) of the following TK authorizations: 1. Current California Child Development Teacher Permit or higher; OR 2. 24 units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD). Additional required documents: English Learner Authorization Letter of Introduction Resume Three (3) Letters of Recommendation Transcripts
