Under the direction of the Director of Technology Services or the Supervisor of Technology Services, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, configures, and maintains hardware and software in a Computer and local area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN) environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
Associate’s degree in data processing, computer science or related technical field and two years of experience working in information technology performing duties including, but not limited to, operation maintenance of computer systems, user support, and data processing activities. Additional experience may be substituted for higher education on the basis of two years of experience for one year of college.
