Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards.
Teach core subjects (language arts, mathematics, science, social studies) using a variety of instructional strategies.
Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and administrators to support student learning.
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance instruction.
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school functions as required.
