Job Summary

Bellflower Unified School District is seeking a passionate and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the growth of young children in all domains—cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any missing documents, application will be disqualified.

Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education (AA or higher preferred). • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children. Certification/Requirements: o Current Child Development Permit (Associate Teacher level or higher) o CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) o Health screening, TB test, and immunizations as required by licensing o DOJ/FBI background clearance Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) • Familiarity with DRDP, ECERS, or similar assessment tools
