Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of Mountain Oaks Administrator, the applicant would customize independent study based academic programs to fit the needs of individual students. Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of Common Core Standards, knowledge of multiple intelligence and a firm foundation in personalized learning as an effective teaching method. The position is based at the Mountain Oaks site in the Sierra foothill community of San Andreas in Calaveras County. The position requires occasional travel to other Mountain Oaks sites in surrounding counties as part of the job duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

FTE pro-rated by student enrollment, with either K-8 or 9-12 credentialing. Single Subject credentials in English, math, science, social science, foreign languages and Career Technology Education preferred.
