Under the direction of the Principal or designee, the Classroom Teacher plans, organizes, presents and evaluates an educational program of meaningful instruction in accordance with the Holy Cross School mission, uses the school adopted standards aligned curriculum, creates a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth, establishes effective rapport with students to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to successfully participate in the total school program according to each student’s ability, and establishes professional relationships with parents and other staff members.
