Holy Cross School is seeking a dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to join our teaching team for the 2025-2026 academic year. Under the direction of the Principal, the 5th Grade Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction, creating a supportive and dynamic classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to foster student growth and achievement. Under the direction of the Principal or designee, the Classroom Teacher plans, organizes, presents and evaluates an educational program of meaningful instruction in accordance with the Holy Cross School mission, uses the school adopted standards aligned curriculum, creates a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth, establishes effective rapport with students to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to successfully participate in the total school program according to each student’s ability, and establishes professional relationships with parents and other staff members.
