Job Summary
Under the supervision and direction of the site principal, the Physical Education Teacher will develop, coordinate and deliver physical education assessments, lessons, and activities to students in classrooms, on the playgrounds and fields and in the multipurpose rooms. The Physical Education Teacher performs other related duties as assigned and is committed to teaching health and fitness to students following the California State Standards for Physical Education Guidelines for Kindergarten – 6th Grades.

All of the following credentials are required for this position: • Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education • English Learner Authorization
