Requirements / Qualifications
Applicant must possess a valid CA Clear or Preliminary Single Subject California teaching credential - English. Must possess valid CLAD certification. Prior online teaching experience preferred. Teaching experience with 9-12 highly desirable. Experience with Charter Schools a plus. * All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino or Los Angeles Counties.
A virtual teacher proficiency test will be administered to qualified applicants. A completed EDJOIN online application is required. The resume does not take the place of a completed application. They will provide daily synchronous instruction, small group intervention, ELD instruction, conduct PLP meetings as assigned, manage the complete educational experience for each student, review student learning, create online portfolios, proctor assessments, create report cards, and assign grades.
