Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of clerical experience, two (2) years of Human Resources data control work is preferred. EDUCATION: Must possess a secondary (i.e., high school) school diploma, or its equivalent (GED). Completion of courses in computer science is preferred. Possession of an Associate (AA) degree, its equivalent, or education beyond an AA degree is preferred. SPECIAL LICENSE OR LANGUAGE SKILLS: The ability to read, write and speak a language, in addition to English, such as Spanish or Armenian, is desirable. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: The application attachments must include: 1. A letter of introduction; 2. A current résumé; 3. Three (3) letters of recommendation dated within the last six (6) months, one (1) of which shall be from the immediate supervisor of the applicant; 4. Copy of high school diploma or equivalent; and 5. Transcripts (if education beyond a diploma is reported) **Internal applicants are encouraged to provide all of the the documents listed above but are not required to do so. All fields of the application must be completed in full by all applicants.
