Requirements / Qualifications

1. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. 2. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Master's degree or higher in: - Special Education - Education - Psychology or a similar field of study. 3. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with students with autism, writing Behavior Intervention Plans, and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analysis Assessments is required. 4. Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention principles and crisis intervention techniques. 5. The ability to establish rapport with students and build effective relationships with parents and staff. 6. Hold a valid California driver’s license.
