Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Academy Principal, the Administrative Assistant performs a variety of complex clerical duties and assists in assuring smooth and efficient office operations of Natomas Charter School. The Administrative Assistant at the Performing & Fine Arts Academy (PFAA) works with a highly collaborative team of administrators, teachers, and staff on our Blackrock campus.

Requirements / Qualifications

The ideal candidate has significant administrative experience working in a K-12 school or public sector environment and enjoys interacting with students, parents, and teachers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and customer service skills who is self-directed and deadline oriented. The ideal candidate is proficient with Google Apps for Education (Gmail, Docs, Slides) and web-based technology applications such as PowerSchool. This opening is for immediate (2025-26 school year) hire and will continue into the following (2025-26) school year.
