Job Summary
Job Summary
The EF Coach position will work with the primary objective of improving learner outcomes by working to build teacher capacity and understanding of content standards, data driven instruction, best practices in an online environment and technology needs specific to the independent study model. The EF Coach will work with facilitators through staff wide professional development, group and individual coaching, co-planning, modeling, and observation. Through social-emotional learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion and Project-Based Learning, the EF Coach supports the vision of iLEAD California while increasing student achievement.

Valid Multiple Subject California Credential and TK Authorization
Experience in virtual and Independent Study settings preferred
Experience with lower school preferred
Demonstrate proficiency in technology skills with the ability to learn and use online platforms, systems and software to support learning and record keeping.
Knowledge of hands-on, project-based, play-based learning and understanding of how to use data to inform instruction
Comments and Other Information

Experience in virtual and Independent Study settings preferred
Experience with lower school preferred
