Visions is seeking a Training Manager to analyze, prepare, document, audit, monitor, and perform complex work in the training of all Visions employees in various key systems (Lpad, PLSIS, Buzz, etc.); maintain supervision of staff and use of time/talents; and perform other duties as assigned. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. - A four year college degree from an accredited university is required. - Previous experience with guiding teams, overseeing projects, and implementing new initiatives is highly desirable. - Previous management experience is highly desirable. - Previous public and/or charter school experience is highly desirable. - Experience with school based systems is highly desirable. - Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are preferable.
