Hours: Flexible; varies weekly/monthly based on need Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience Job Summary: Seeking a tech-savvy, reliable Technology Assistant to support our staff with device setup, maintenance, and repairs. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys problem-solving and helping others. You’ll be an essential part of making sure our teachers and staff have the tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and configure staff computers, printers, and other tech devices at the beginning of the school year • Troubleshoot and repair common hardware and software issues • Assist staff with tech-related questions or issues as needed • Keep an inventory of technology devices and manage basic updates or replacements • Communicate clearly with staff and administration to coordinate tech needs Qualifications: • Experience with computer setup, repair, and troubleshooting (Windows and Mac) • Ability to prioritize tasks • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset • Flexibility to work varied hours depending on school needs (some weeks may have higher demands than others) To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief email introduction to spfefferlen@csmh.org.
