Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of food service activities involved in the preparation, cooking, distribution and serving of large quantities of food items to meet student needs; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition; train and provide work direction and guidance to assigned staff in the absence of the Manager as assigned.

Education & Experience : Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of experience involving the preparation and cooking of food items.
