MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To implement and support the philosophy, goals, objectives, and policies of the district and school. To assess student needs and capabilities. To provide appropriate learning activities. To maintain appropriate student records. To evaluate student achievement. To advise students and parents of achievements. To maintain standards of student behavior that will provide an orderly and productive classroom and school environment. To cooperate with other staff members in meeting student needs. To maintain a physical environment that is conducive to learning. To follow district learning continuums and established course of study and Board approved curriculum.
Requirements / Qualifications
The following attachments are required to be considered for this position: - Letter of Introduction - Resume - Three (3) CURRENT letters of recommendation - Copy of unofficial transcripts - Proof of valid California Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Upon hiring, the following will be required at the District's expense: - Negative TB Test - Successful DOJ fingerprint/screening - Physical Test - Negative Drug Screen
