The Roseland School District has a full-time Speech & Language Pathologist opening for the 2025-2026 school year. Initial salary placement will be based on previous years of experience up to step 23 of the Speech & Language Pathologist salary schedule. Now Offering a Signing Bonus! Roseland School District is offering a one-time signing bonus for eligible newly hired certificated employees in hard-to-fill positions for the 2025–2026 school year. Bonus amounts vary by credential type and assignment, including: $6,000–$8,000 for fully credentialed candidates $5,000 for interns $4,000 for candidates with qualifying permits $8,000 for eligible bilingual-authorized positions Payout Schedule: The bonus is paid in three installments—September, January, and May—following acceptance of an offer and commencement of paid service. Temporary certificates (TCCs) and 30-day substitute permits do not qualify.
