Requirements / Qualifications
Must show proof of a valid California Single Subject credential authorizing services in Social Science with CLAD (or other EL authorization) OR Valid California Multiple Subject with CLAD (or other EL authorization) AND appropriate added authorization(s) authorizing services in a Junior High School English setting. If you have a credential authorizing service for this position and it is not listed, please attach and it will be evaluated for consideration. OJUSD accepts fourteen (14) years of previous, verified, full-time, fully credentialed years of experience for placement on the certificated salary schedule.
The District shall provide an annual contribution for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. If the selected health and welfare coverage costs less than the district's maximum contribution, the employee may select to cash out the difference in cost.
Family Plan = $7,210 annually
Single OR Employee +1 = $6,458.00 annually
The Fringe Benefit contribution amount is NOT included in the annual salary indicated on the certificated salary schedule.
