The Roseville City School District (RCSD) was established in 1869 with 44 students and now serves more than 12,000 students. RCSD has emerged as Roseville’s community hub of education. We opened our 21st school in 2023/2024 and are scheduled to open more to accommodate anticipated growth. Job Summary
The job of Director of Personnel Services is done for the purpose/s of supporting the planning and organization of the district personnel programs including recruitment, selection, training and employee relations; planning and directing a variety of human resource functions; ensuring that personnel functions conform to district, state and federal requirements.

The presentation should be twenty minutes in length and include the following:

Your approach to leadership
Your educational special interests or areas of strength
Your professional entry plan
Following the presentation there will be approximately twenty minutes of Q & A
