The Human Resources Assistant will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting with employee recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations while upholding the mission and values of Vista Charter Public Schools.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting, is preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong attention to detail.
