Job Summary
Provides an instructional program for students who are identified as having a disability which impacts the student to the extent that he/she is unable to be appropriately served in a less restrictive environment. Provides specific remedial instruction and teaches students by means of enhancing their strengths. Serves as a consultant to parents and staff in all areas related to the early education program

Appropriate placement on the District's 185-day certificated salary schedule will be determined based on experience and in accordance with District policy. Maximum salary step placement is step 11, which is based on years of full-time experience.
