WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Greater Good Student Support Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional speech therapy services to students in the K-12 school system for the 2025-2026 school year. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the communication and language development of students in an educational setting. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct speech therapy services to students, addressing areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language development. Design and implement strategies to support students' social communication skills within the school environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to support students' academic success.
Requirements / Qualifications
CA State SLP License
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. California Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Experience working in a school setting and familiarity with the IEP process. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with school staff, parents, and other professionals. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students. Requirements: Knowledge of California education laws and regulations related to special education. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Passion for making a positive impact on students' communication and academic success.
