Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides first level customer service support for all district supported computer applications, hosted services, end user devices, classroom technology, and multi-platform operating systems. Troubleshoots technical problems, creates help desk support tickets; facilitates and communicates resolution to support tickets; escalates unresolved or complex issues per department policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must possess experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, Windows OS, Mac OS, IOS, Android, Chrome, and networking technologies. Technical certifications and/or related college credit experience is strongly preferred.
