The Director of Operations is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and strengthening the operational infrastructure of the organization as it grows from a single school to a multi-site network. This role ensures that systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the organization's mission and growth strategy. Working closely with school leaders, office staff, and vendors, the Director manages key business functions including finance, compliance, employee onboarding, and vendor management. With a strong focus on fiscal responsibility and operational excellence, the Director of Operations plays a vital role in supporting high-quality education through effective and sustainable organizational systems. The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the mission, vision and core values of the organization.
