We are seeking a dynamic and community-driven individual to serve as the Community and Student Outreach Lead. In this role, you will help build meaningful connections between our schools and the communities we serve. Student enrollment is a top priority at ECS, directly impacting school funding and our ability to serve students and families. The Community and Student Outreach Lead will play a central role in meeting enrollment targets through grassroots outreach, family engagement, and lead conversion strategies. Working closely with the school leadership team and community partners, you will support parent engagement, promote school events, and amplify the voices of our families to enhance student success and school culture.
