- Certification (Clear Teaching Credential)
- Copy of Transcript (Completion of a Masters Degree from an accredited University required)
- Credential Copy (Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three(3) letters of recommendation, one of which must be from current Superintendent or current Supervisor (if the Superintendent is not available))

- Administrative Services Credential (Certificate of Elegibility will be acceptance )
