  • Certification (Clear Teaching Credential)
  • Copy of Transcript (Completion of a Masters Degree from an accredited University required)
  • Credential Copy (Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three(3) letters of recommendation, one of which must be from current Superintendent or current Supervisor (if the Superintendent is not available))
  • Resume
  • TB Screening Result

  • Administrative Services Credential (Certificate of Elegibility will be acceptance )
