St. Angela's Preschool is seeking a dedicated, organized, and professional Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for many families and visitors, the Office Manager plays a critical role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced preschool environment. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a school or early childhood education setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independently • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required • Commitment to the Catholic mission and values of St. Angela's Preschool Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth • Maintain student records, attendance, and emergency contact information • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including phones, email, filing, and supplies • Coordinate communication between families and staff, including newsletters and announcements • Assist with enrollment, registration, and tuition documentation • Support the Director and teaching staff with scheduling, planning, and compliance documentation • Handle financial record-keeping and petty cash under t
