Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Experience: • Five years of successful teaching or related field • Two years of successful administrative experience Education: • Completion of a Master’s Degree or higher in educational administration, mental health, public administration, or a related field. • Administrative Services Credential required Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License. Insurability by a District liability carrier may be required. May be required to provide own transportation to sites during the day

Under the direction of Administration in Student Support Services (SSS), the Administrator on Special Assignment (AOSA) for the CYBHI Program is responsible for coordinating, managing, and ensuring compliance with the implementation of the California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI). This role focuses on the oversight of grant-related processes, including records management, reimbursement procedures, and financial accountability to the general fund. The administrator will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program goals, evaluate outcomes, and streamline operational procedures.
