In this role, you will:

  • Manage K–12 school and district sales across an assigned territory in California
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with principals, district leaders, and instructional teams
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and lead in-service training sessions
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to expand platform adoption
  • Represent NextGenMath.com at conferences, workshops, and education events
  • Align our platform’s value with school goals and instructional initiatives
  • Generate and manage leads through outreach, events, and referrals
  • Cultivate and close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Support implementation and renewals
  • Gain and share deep product knowledge 
  • Utilize and update the Hubspot CRM to generate and follow up on leads moving them from opportunity to closed/won
  • Met and collaborate regularly with the NextGenMath team 
  • Contribute ideas on platform and process improvements based on your experiences with potential and existing customers
  • Create sales sequences with high impact
  • Provide regular reports to the president and CEO

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in K–8 education (teaching, coaching, administration, or curriculum)
  • Is passionate about math achievement and equity in education
  • Can build authentic relationships and communicate value with clarity and heart
  • Is organized, driven, and excited to learn how to sell with strategy and purpose
  • Has used or is familiar with NextGenMath.com (preferred but not required)
