Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned administrator or supervisor, to plan, organize, and coordinate the speech and related services program design and delivery systems to ensure optimal educational opportunities and growth experiences; to assist in the planning, organization and service audit and evaluation processes; to participate in the District special education master planning activities, and to do other related functions as directed.
Requirements / Qualifications
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: • Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited university. • Possession of a valid California Special Education Teaching Credential, Speech and Language Specialist or School Psychologist Credential. • Possession of a California K-12 Administrative Credential. • Possession of an EL authorization or equivalent. • Five (5) years of outstanding certificated experience, Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred. Administrative experience preferred. • Have a proven ability to perform at a high level of competence in positions of leadership and responsibility. • Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and provide all necessary materials on-line prior to the stated deadline in order to qualify as a candidate. * * * * * * * * *
