Central Kitchen FSA III 4.25 hours & Mountain View School FSA II 3.75 hours for an 8 hour day. Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm Under the direction of the Head of Food Services, perform a variety of large quantity food preparation work in the central kitchen; utilize specialized large quantity food production equipment. At the school site: Under direction of the Director of Food Services, assist with a variety of responsible tasks related to the serving of food at an assigned school food service location; prepare routine records and reports related to food service activities.
