Job Responsibilities Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and dependability in all situations. Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing learning space for children. Follow school policies and accreditation requirements, demonstrating professionalism both on and off campus. Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the classroom and school community. Maintain a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through daily time in His Word and active involvement in a Christian church. Participate in professional development opportunities for continuous growth. Qualifications 12 core ECE units (AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred). CPR and First Aid Certification. Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs. and performing physical tasks (sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, standing, walking) for extended periods. Able to speak, read, and write English.
