Qualifications:
• California residency required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Clear Teaching Credential
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• High digital proficiency in Microsoft applications, Google Workspace, and Work OS platforms
• Ability to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrates a mature attitude and insight into matters affecting the school
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Understanding and ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently
• Understanding of and ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
• Experience working in a multi-cultural setting preferred
• Ability to work with a diverse and distributed student body and peer group
• Excellent results in increasing student achievement academically and social-emotionally
• A passion for teaching and genuine care for children
• High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent
observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
