Under the direction and supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services, the College and Career Pathways Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, organization, management, direction, and implementation of all aspects of the Golden States Pathways Grant and related college and career pathways programs and initiatives across the district . The College and Career Pathways Coordinator also assures compliance with laws, codes, and regulations to services related to the Golden States Pathway grant, Strong Workforce Program, Perkins, CCAP, Work-Based Learning, Career Technical Education Incentive Grant. and the College and Career Guidance Initiative (CCGI). In addition, evaluates assigned personnel; and performs related work as required to ensure that all programs are in alignment with the outcomes for student success as identified in the district’s strategic plan. REQUIREMENTS: Administrative credential and experience in school administration required. A Master's degree or higher is highly desirable.
