Job Summary
Under direction of the Deputy Superintendent of HR and Operations, plans, organizes, and supervises the maintenance, repair, and alteration of buildings and equipment and does other related duties as required. The Director of Facilities and Operations is assigned the responsibility for developing and planning a systematic program of maintenance for the District within its budgetary limitations, administers maintenance services policy, and interviews and evaluates all maintenance personnel. Serves as the direct supervisor of the Transportation, Maintenance, Grounds and Operations Supervisors, and skilled trades.
