Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Director of Curriculum/HR will provide leadership, coordination and collaboration in the implementation of programs designed to increase academic achievement and other assigned programs for students. The Director of Curriculum/HR is a member of the district management team. He/she will work cooperatively with the staff of the district in the formulation, development and management of the district's curriculum, staff development and alternative education programs.

Requirements / Qualifications

Master's degree in curriculum, administration or relevant area Site administration experience Experience in Secondary Education Valid CA Teaching Credential or the ability to acquire one CA Administrative Services Credential Valid CA driver's license and proof of liability insurance required by law
