Under the direction of the Superintendent, assume responsibility for the effective management and utilization of resources, both human and financial, and the establishment of an appropriate climate that promotes quality educational experiences enabling students to make optimal progress toward attaining District goals; supervise and evaluate the performance of Assistant Principals, Counselors, Teachers, Secretaries, Custodians, Paraeducators, and Librarian.
