PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIE:

1) Participate in multi-disciplinary psycho-education assessment of students referred for Special Education consideration.

2) Conduct three-year re-evaluation of Special Education Students, including low-incidence populations.

3) Provide personal adjustment, educational and social counseling to students, individually or in groups.

4) Provide consultation to parents, teachers, and administrators regarding the individual psycho-educational needs of students.  Possess skills in counseling, behavior management techniques and collaborative strategies.

 

Requirements / Qualifications

Must hold a current California Pupil Services Credential authorizing School Psychology. Prefer additional Behavior Intervention Case Manager (BICM) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificates.
