The Instructional Coach serves as a resource to the school program where assigned. As a coach/teacher practitioner, the Instructional Coach facilitates teachers’ learning through shared inquiry and professional experiences. The Instructional Coach will provide ongoing coaching and instructional support to teachers. He/she will work under the direction of the school principal(s). Instructional Coach is responsible for coaching teachers on delivery of instruction as a teacher practitioner in a lab classroom or as a coach.
