THE POSITION
Under general supervision, provides safe and efficient transportation in driving a van over an assigned route in the transport of students to and from school or other school-related activities; and performs related work as required.
Candidates hired as van drivers are expected to obtain the required credentials/licenses to become a bus driver in the state of California. Upon certification, the employee will be moved to the Bus Driver classification.
