Supporting the grade-level lead teacher(s) in all aspects of the school day ? Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment where students thrive academically ? Collaborating regularly with the other grade-level teachers and specialists ? Participating in all aspects of Bentley’s character education curriculum ? Designing innovative curricula in which both academic and social-emotional growth are considered ? Instruct individual students, small groups, or whole class to carry out curriculum ? Prepare and organize instructional materials ? Act as classroom teacher in Lead T
